State police said the suspected impersonator was wearing a police-style uniform and badge when they stopped another driver on Friday, Sept. 13 on US 1 in Upper Oxford Township.
Ryan Wesley Routh, the suspect in the shooting, was charged with two firearm offenses in federal court on Monday. If convicted on the two firearms charges, he could face a maximum sentence of 20 years.
