Polycystic ovary syndrome or PCOS is a condition where the ovaries produce an abnormal amount of Androgen leading to small cyst formation in the ovaries. Menstrual irregularity, excess hair growth, acne and obesity are some of the symptoms of PCOS. In PCOS, it is always advised to go dairy-free. “Going dairy free for PCOS can help our metabolic disorder in so many ways – healing insulin resistance, lowering inflammation, clearing our acne,” wrote Dietitian Tallene Hacatoryan.(Pixabay)
