APPSC Group 1 Exam 2024 Answer Key Released; Raise Objection by March 21 – News18

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) conducted the Group 1 screening test on March 17, 2024, across various centers in Andhra Pradesh. The commission has now released the answer key. Candidates can check the APPSC Group 1 question paper and answer key on the official website, psc.ap.gov.in. Candidates also have the opportunity to raise objections till March 21, if any.

“Candidates can file objections only on keys which are revised or Questions deleted. Fresh objections on unrevised keys would not be entertained.,” the official notice states. The recruitment drive is being held to fill up a total of 89 vacancies. Earlier, the number of vacancies was 81 but it has now been raised to 89.

APPSC Group 1 Exam 2024 Answer Key: How to Raise Objection?

Step 1 — First of all go to the website — psc.ap.gov.in

Step 2 — Click on the “ APPSC Group 1 Screening Test Answer Key” link on the home page

Step 3 — Enter your application number and date of birth

Step 4 — Click on the Login button

Step 5 — The answer key will appear on the screen

Step 6 — Download the answer key

Step 7 — To raise objection, click on the answer key challenge option.

Step 8 — Select the question you want to raise objection to.

Step 9 — Upload substantial documents and pay the objection fee.

Step 10 — Submit the form and save a copy for further use.

In both shifts of the APPSC Group 1 exam, candidates were required to answer a total of 120 questions covering various subjects including history, the Indian constitution, polity, state economy, and mental ability. The analysis of the APPSC Group 1 prelims exam will provide insights into the overall difficulty level, good attempts, and questions asked.

The preliminary exam consists of 240 objective-type questions, each carrying one mark. The exam is divided into two papers General Studies-I comprising of 120 questions for 120 marks, to be completed in 120 minutes, and General Studies-II featuring 120 questions for 120 marks, to be completed in 120 minutes. The exam was held in two shifts, the first between 10 am and noon and the second between 2 pm and 4 pm.
